The Tool Locker is operated by Momentum Cycleworks, LLC, a privately held retail and distribution company based in Portland, Oregon. Momentum Cycleworks, LLC is responsible for all day-to-day business operations, customer service, product quality, and order fulfillment for The Tool Locker.

The Tool Locker is an independent, multi-brand specialist retailer. We focus exclusively on bicycle workshop tools, workbenches, and storage solutions from three core brands: Feedback Sports, Crankbrothers, and Pedro's. We are not the official brand store, nor are we an authorized dealer for any of these brands. We are an independent retailer that sources genuine products through legitimate wholesale supply channels.

2. Customer Eligibility and Accounts

By using The Tool Locker website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. These efficiencies allow us to keep everyday prices competitive.

Prices may vary because supplier costs, stock levels, and seasonal demand change. Products with older inventory may be offered at a deeper discount to make room for new arrivals, while new or high-demand items have less headroom. Our promotional discounts come from our marketing and operating budget, not by lowering product quality or substituting components.

4.2 Coupon Code

We may offer promotional coupon codes from time to time. For example, the code TOOLBOX15 provides 15% off eligible items at checkout. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules; certain items, brands, or categories may be excluded. The coupon discount is applied to the pre-tax merchandise total and does not apply to shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

5. Orders and Payment

• Free Shipping: Orders over $45.00 qualify for free standard shipping automatically

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your geographic location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Window and Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Certain items may be excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons or safety regulations, including opened lubricants, sealants, or personal protective equipment. These exclusions are noted on the specific product listing wherever applicable.

7.2 Return Process

We will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the appropriate brand. As an independent retailer, we act as a facilitator between you and the manufacturer for warranty matters, but the final warranty determination rests with the brand.

All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, including proof of purchase and proper use of the product. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification is not covered under any warranty.

We purchase all products through established wholesale supply channels that serve the bicycle industry. We do not buy from liquidation sales, auction sites, or uncertified online marketplaces. Every supplier is vetted for authenticity and reliability.

Orders are picked from our controlled inventory. We visually inspect a sample from each inbound shipment for damage, missing parts, and label accuracy. Items are stored in a clean, dry warehouse to avoid cosmetic or packaging degradation.

9.3 What to Do If You Suspect a Non-Authentic Item

If you believe an item you received is not authentic, please submit a claim to our quality assurance department using the contact form or by emailing support@thetoollocker.us. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

• Photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible logos or serial numbers

We resolve all authenticity and quality claims quickly and fairly. If the claim is valid, we make it right by offering a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the situation and your preference.
